POSITION SUMMARY:

The Analyst, Customer Intelligence will support the development of data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement, marketing performance, and overall business impact. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and curious individual who is eager to apply their analytical skills in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment.

You will work closely with the senior analysts and cross-functional partners to execute analyses, uncover customer trends, and support strategic decision-making across marketing initiatives. This position is designed for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset—someone who is excited to learn, experiment, and grow within the analytics space.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in executing customer and marketing analyses to inform segmentation strategies, campaign planning, and performance measurement
  • Support the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to deliver data-informed recommendations on acquisition, retention, and personalization strategies
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, behaviors, and emerging opportunities in customer behavior
  • Contribute to testing initiatives (e.g., A/B or multivariate testing) by supporting test setup, tracking, and result interpretation
  • Help maintain and improve repeatable processes that streamline reporting and analytical workflows
  • Stay curious: proactively explore the data, ask questions, and contribute ideas for new analyses or optimizations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field, preferably within a retail or ecommerce environment
  • Proven track record of applying analytics techniques to solve business problems and influence marketing strategy
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field preferred

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, with particular comfort using CTEs (common table expressions) or correlated subqueries to manipulate large datasets (millions of records).
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to write and edit complex formulas
  • Experience with VBA is a plus
  • Familiarity with basic data visualization or business intelligence tools is a bonus (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Pay Range:$74,100---$100,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
