Location: Alameda, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

As our Hospice Marketing Manager , you’ll be the face of our organization—building meaningful partnerships with physicians, hospitals, senior communities, and other healthcare providers to ensure patients receive the care and comfort they deserve.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute outreach strategies to grow hospice referrals and census
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, physicians, and community leaders
• Conduct educational visits and presentations to promote hospice services and awareness
• Collaborate closely with clinical and leadership teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
• Track performance metrics, identify new growth opportunities, and report on results
