Position: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Civil Engineering (Land Development)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and land development . In this role, you will oversee the design and delivery of a variety of projects, including residential subdivisions , master-planned communities , mixed-use developments , and commercial sites .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering design and plan preparation for land development projects, including grading, paving, drainage, and utility systems.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes.
• Oversee project reporting, budgeting, and invoicing to maintain transparency and financial accuracy.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and CAD technicians, fostering team growth and technical excellence.
• Ensure high-quality , timely , and cost-effective delivery of all project components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas, or the ability to transfer licensure.
• A minimum of 8 years of civil engineering experience , with a focus on residential and mixed-use land development .
• 1–2 years of experience in project management or task leadership preferred.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D , AutoCAD , and stormwater modeling software (e.g., HEC-HMS, StormCAD).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills .
• Experience working with municipalities or public sector clients is preferred.
