Job Title: Lease Administrator

Location: Acton, MA (Hybrid – 1x/week in office, flexible on day)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator to manage a diverse real estate portfolio and ensure compliance with lease terms. This role is key in supporting financial, legal, and operational aspects of leased properties while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update lease records; track expirations, renewals, and rent escalations.
• Review and process rent payments, CAM charges, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, policies, and legal requirements.
• Generate reports on lease status, occupancy, and financial obligations.
• Partner with landlords, property managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support new leases, renewals, terminations, and due diligence activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in lease administration or commercial real estate.
• Proficiency with lease management software (MRI, Yardi, Lucernex).
• Strong knowledge of lease terms, financial principles, and legal language.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with international or multi-site portfolios.
• Familiarity with GAAP and lease accounting standards.
• SAP reporting experience and advanced Excel skills.
